The April statistics for Naples continues to show good news for both buyers and sellers. For buyers, there are more choices than in the past several months as resale inventory climbs. Sellers’s are getting back the confidence that the market is stable and many more homes have come on the market, with Sellers ready to move to another property they may have been eyeing for the past few years.
While the number of new sales and closings have declined this year compared to last, the median sales price continues to increase slowly and the average days on market continues to decline. This tells us that homes that are priced to sell are selling quickly.
